Effective discipleship is increasingly recognised by Church leaders around the world as a serious challenge hindering the witness of the Church. It is not surprising that the World Evangelical Alliance (WEA) has declared this decade (2020 to 2030) a Decade of discipleship. This marks a concerted global effort toward more effective local church mission and discipleship.
Accordingly, The Evangelical Alliance of South Africa (TEASA) is undertaking a study to determine how well Churches in South Africa are doing in the area of discipleship, with the expectation that together we will raise the priority and effectiveness of discipleship. The results of the study will be made available to those interested, and also on the website www.teasa.org to The results of the study can be viewed in the following link here : Teasa Diciple-making Survey Finalised
