Godly Youth & Children Webinar

Dear Friends

We are celebrating Youth month from 1st June 2022.

We are celebrating our annual youth month in the context high unemployment, sluggish economy growth, high levels of substance abuse and family dysfunction.

Both churches and para churches work and reach out to many young people in our communities. They not only reach them with the gospel of Christ but also run lots of faith-based social interventions programs in the different communities around the country.

Most of the above programs and outreaches are possible and driven by many volunteers, child and youth workers. This year we are thus focusing our workshop of sharing lessons about traits of ‘a Godly Child and Youth Worker’.

We have assembled a group of experienced child and youth workers to share their insights, knowledge and experiences.

Lindsay Lategan is in fulltime ministry with One Hope for the past 12 years. He is currently serving as the Southern African Regional Ministry Coordinator. They focus on mobilizing and equipping the church for effective youth and children ministry.

Shaun Marais holds a Mth in Practical theology and is focused on the faith formation of children from Stellenbosch University. He is married to Nicole and together they have 3 sons with a baby on the way. He serves currently as a local missionary with Child Evangelism Fellowship SA in Hazyview Mpumalanga.

Noluvuyo Vuvu Masindi has served in Student Ministry for 11 years. She is passionate about discipleship and enjoying the outdoors. She currently works as the SCO National Higher Institutions Director. She lives in Pietermaritzburg with her husband and 2 boys.

Our virtual workshop is planned for Saturday the 4th of June 2022 from 09h30 to 13h45. The connection link for the workshop is
